What does PTS cost per vehicle per month?
PTS starts at 39 € per vehicle per month on the Starter tier. Pro costs 69 € per vehicle per month and includes route optimization and DATEV export. Fleets of 25+ vehicles get individual Enterprise terms.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically under 5 business days. We migrate your master data (drivers, vehicles, customers) and train your team in two 90-minute sessions. Day five, you're live.
Is PTS GDPR-compliant? Is there a DPA?
Yes. PTS runs exclusively in German data centers (Frankfurt, ISO 27001). A data processing agreement per GDPR Art. 28 is ready to sign and comes with every contract.
Does the work-time tracking meet the BAG ruling of 13 Sep 2022?
Yes. PTS records start, end, breaks and duration per driver and per day. All changes are versioned and stored tamper-evidently. Records are BAG-ready and export as PDF.
What integrations exist?
PTS exports to DATEV payroll, Lexoffice, sevDesk and CSV. For taxi operators we integrate with Taxameter, TX-App and ISI-Fahrbetrieb. Client-side: SAP Concur, HRworks and an open REST API.
Does the driver app work offline?
Yes. The driver app stores orders and work-time offline and syncs automatically once signal returns. Supported on iOS and Android for the last three major versions.
What is the contract term?
Month-to-month. You pay per vehicle per month, no setup fee, no minimum term. Annual commitment gets a 15 % discount.
